The service department was fantastic in repairing our mini. The car was not drivable and the service manager arranged for a tow truck to pick it up repair it and then get it towed back to our house. Highly recommend Honda of Ocala.
Why schedule appointments of you're going to tell me my car is going to take over 3 hours before the oil change and tire rotation could be done? Then my advisor tells me "That's just how it is, I can reschedule you if you'd like?" For what? To waste another 2 hours and driving and 3 hours of waiting for a simple service. Ridiculous and out-of-touch.

I just wanted to share our experience with Ryan Wachtler. I can say with confidence that he is the reason we traveled 2 hours and stayed to complete the purchase of our new Pilot. From the communication before arrival, to making sure to provide our young children with activities, snacks, and even offering to get them lunch at one point, to securing us the best deal, he did it all with a smile. He replaced the battery for my extra fob for me, explained everything that needed maintanence for my car, and he looked at all my honda coupons to get me the best savings which all customers love. I purchased my 2025 CR-V EX on April 4,
2025. The Buying process was ok. My big complaint was the constant barrage of texts, phone calls etc from the sale team to the managers all insisting i provide them with a perfect score on the survey being sent to me.
The manager Mr. Lehman even offered me a full tank of gas, free window tinting and a $50 gift certificate.
