Marcy Hernandez has been my service advisor for about 6 years. She does everything she can to get my 2024 CRV Hybrid taken care of on each service visit. Is very personable and takes the time to explain any recommended services. The technicians are also exceptional and provide a video of their circle assessment before starting maintenance or repairs. I can honestly say that I believe that I only have maintenance services that are necessary to keep my vehicle in the best condition possible.

The service department at Ocala, Florida service department is AMAZING! I bought a new Honda Accord in 2022, and I have it serviced every 5 months for oil and filter change, tire rotation and balance, new windshield wipers, check on cabin filter and brake check. I believe in taking care of my car and during this timeframe I have had my car serviced 9 times, not because something was wrong but for preventative maintenance to increase the longevity of the car. I took my car in for service. Alan Page went above and beyond. He replaced the battery for my extra fob for me, explained everything that needed maintanence for my car, and he looked at all my honda coupons to get me the best savings which all customers love. He also took my friend over to someone who would help her to look at new cars. That is the best service I have had in a long time. He went out of his way to accommodate.
I just purchased my fourth CRV from Honda of Ocala. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went there for service for my CRV and ended up trading it in and buying a new one. 2025. The Buying process was ok. My big complaint was the constant barrage of texts, phone calls etc from the sale team to the managers all insisting i provide them with a perfect score on the survey being sent to me.

Traded a vehicle to Honda of Ocala on 11/15/24 as of today 12/6/24 my trade in has not been paid off. I am now getting late notifications from my financial institution. When you sign over a trade, all of that is based on a 10 day pay off. I have been to the dealership and called the dealership multiple times, and nothing is being done as of yet. I would be very hesitant before doing any deals with this company. Highly frustrated with Honda of Ocala.
At 12:30 they said the car I want. Was there to come on down. I went down at 2:30. It was gone. They said it got sold first thing this morning. My car was taken in on July 2, 2024 as it was not running properly. After diagnosis was done they discovered a wire was missing. Was told they had to order part and would have it fix the next day. It is now past closing time and I have not heard anything from the service team after calling earlier and leaving messages for them to call me and let me know what is happening with my car. I would have at least liked to have a phone call to let me know what the problem is. This is very unprofessional.
When purchasing my vehicle they were helpful and very nice. I recently had a check engine light pop up on my vehicle and go away but I still wanted to get the code read. The whole car buying process was super easy from start to finish. Got a price in writing before driving all the way from Orlando. No haggling once I got to the dealership. Test drove the car and got all the paperwork done in approximately 2 hours.
